INSTA HEALTH Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to Malaysia, Singapore, and most countries in Southeast Asia. For international orders, customs/duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

 

2. Processing Time (This is NOT Shipping Time)

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays).

Delays may occur during high-demand periods (e.g., sales) or due to product verification.

 

3. Tracking & Issues

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

If your package is lost or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@instahealth.store.

 

4. Undeliverable Orders

Failed deliveries due to customer (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed packages) will not be refunded.

 

5. Force Majeure
Delays due to natural disasters, or logistics disruptions are beyond our control. We’ll notify affected customers promptly.
