Refund, Warranty & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy

• All sales are final. Once an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances (including accidental purchases or changes of mind).
• Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

• We stand behind the quality of our products. Refunds are only offered if:
• You received a defective product directly out of the box.
• To qualify for a refund, you must provide a video showing:
  
  • The unboxing process (sealed package to first use)
    
  • The product failing to function immediately upon unboxing.
  • Email the video within 3 days of delivery to [hello@instahealth.store]
•  Refunds are not accepted for:
  • Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or sizing issues.
  • Damage caused after delivery (see Warranty below).

 

3. How to Request a Refund

• Email the video + order details to hello@instahealth.store within 3 days of delivery.
• We will review your claim within 5 business days.
• If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

 

4. 1-Year Limited Warranty (Warranty starts from date of PURCHASE)

• We offer a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects unrelated to:
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or improper handling.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear.
• To file a warranty claim:
  • Contact us at hello@instahealth.store with:
    • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt).
    • Photos/video of the defect.
    • A description of the issue.
    • If approved, we will repair or replace the product at no cost
    • Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost imposed during this process

 

5. Exclusions

• No refunds or warranty coverage for:
  • Damage from drops, water, or exposure to extreme conditions.
  • Cosmetic scratches/dents from regular use.
  • Issues caused by failure to follow product instructions.
